<p>
The conference presentations are limited to 20 minutes + 5 minutes for
questions. Invited speakers have 30 + 5 minutes. The chair of the session will
indicate the remaining 5 and 2 minutes of the presentation.

<p>
Please contact the session chair during the break before the session so
that he/she knows that you are present.
</p>
<p>
Presentations will be transferred to the computer in the conference room
during the break before the session. You can also use your own laptop
which should be also prepared during the break. Please, preview your
presentation before the session starts.
</p>

A computer with the following properties is used for the presentations:

<li> Operating system: Windows XP
<li> USB port
<li> DVD/CD drive
<li> PowerPoint 2002 (for PowerPoint presentations)
<li> Adobe Reader 9 (for PDF presentations)
<li> OpenOffice 2.4
<li> VLC 0.8.5 and Windows Media Player 9 (for videos)
<li> Internet Access

If you bring your own laptop, please make sure in advance that your
presentation works, since the time taken to set up the presentation is taken
from the time reserved for your presentation. The projector is equipped with a
VGA port, so if you bring a Mac, please make sure that you have the correct
adapter.

The voltage is 230 V and there is information on the 
<a href="http://users.telenet.be/worldstandards/electricity.htm#plugs_f">plug type used in Finland</a>.

WLAN is available on site. Please ask for a password from the
registration desk.
