RPA: probe reliability and differential gene expression analysis for short oligonucleotide arrays

Summary

RPA provides tools to estimate probe reliability directly based on gene expression measurements, independently of external information of the probes. It also gives an estimate of differential gene expression between a control array and the other arrays in the data set. The computations are based on a probabilistic model documented in Lahti et al., TCBB/IEEE, 2011. (preprint pdf).
